    if you're on weight loss, ok lang ba food for breakfast kanang mga corned beef, pancit canton, beef loaf, egg, etc.? kanang mga dali lutuon bitaw

    Weight loss = caloric deficit. Doesn't matter what foods you eat as long as you're eating LESS than your body needs then you WILL lose weight

    anything processed, di na maayo. egg ray maayo ana dha sa imo lista. try chicken breast (boiled) and a handful of peanut kana gani made in iligan kay less oily and salty. basta keep in mind nga anything processed is not good for fat loss.

    gusto ko mu succeed this time sa akong weight loss, I've failed already. student man gud ko then sa morning in ana akong pagkaon kai dali ra lutuon. eat less ciguro like Xenoxorph said. i don't know if naay fats ani nga mga pagkaon

    by the way, sa lunch sa carenderia ko ga kaon. ok ra ba nang foods like beef steak, kare-kare, afritada, etc. mga in ana bitaw

    tag-as nag sodium ang processed/instant foods.. nya sodium = water retention.. pero okay ra pud na kung healthy jud other meals and snacks nimo nya mag exercise jud ka.. depende jud nas total nimo in a day..

    ako e recommend TS noh kay maypa mag wheat bread nlng ka. dli na kinahanglan andamon, kuhaon nlng dretso, then pwede mag andam nlng ka ug tuna spread mao imong e spread sa imong wheat bread...
