Weight loss = caloric deficit. Doesn't matter what foods you eat as long as you're eating LESS than your body needs then you WILL lose weight

by the way, sa lunch sa carenderia ko ga kaon. ok ra ba nang foods like beef steak, kare-kare, afritada, etc. mga in ana bitaw
tag-as nag sodium ang processed/instant foods.. nya sodium = water retention.. pero okay ra pud na kung healthy jud other meals and snacks nimo nya mag exercise jud ka.. depende jud nas total nimo in a day..
dili gyud unta dapat kay taas na ug sodium content.
ako e recommend TS noh kay maypa mag wheat bread nlng ka. dli na kinahanglan andamon, kuhaon nlng dretso, then pwede mag andam nlng ka ug tuna spread mao imong e spread sa imong wheat bread...
