    Suwayi ni ang intermittent fasting. Naa docu ang bbc horizon ani nya ni work jud. Healthy sad kuno nya effective. Basically 5-2 diet ni cya. 5 days a week mu kaon ka saimu normal consumption nya sa remaining 2 days kay imu i limit to 600 calories which is roughly one meal. Check lang nya sa net bahin ani. Para mas dali jud ang weight loss sabyi lang sad ug tabata protocol nga exercise. Interval exercise ni cya 4 minutes a day. G suwayan ko ni sauna ni work jud pero hapit ko na kuyapan.
