Is there really a Heaven, a Hell, & a Porgatory?

If we die where do we go? I nkow it's hard to answer this, even scientist don't like this belief but for those who would like to share their ideas pls explain briefly.
Is there really "life after death" like what we always heard from Catholic Church?
Is there anybody came from these place "Heaven, Hell, & Porgatory" that told you it's true?

As a catholic I believe all these, HOW ABOUT YOU?

If you refer to other religion, I guess they have it but have another name of it.

telling us they've been to hell, to heaven..
purgatory...
near-death experiences..

The catholic church never officially declared about heaven/hell as a Place.
State might be the right word to use it.

All sort of physical attributes on heaven like clouds, throne, paradise, or on hell like the lake of fire, darkness, are just used in order to describe happiness / suffering.

purgatory and hell is the same..the only difference lang is ang mga tao nga toa sa purgatory is naa pay chance nga malangit but mo dagan pa pila ka years nga you cannot imagine sa kadugayon unless otherwise someone is keep on praying sa kana nga soul...
