I am only confused about networking coz I am working in an internet café, I know that I don’t have a background about this but I want to have more idea about networking. We have a DSL broadband connect and we have a modem for the out-of-band management and a hub for the local area connect.

Now I like to have an internet connect from our internet café to our house. 50 meters distance from our house to the internet shop.

What will be the thing I should do to have my internet connect.?

just use a cat 5 cable connect between computer and to the hub in your cafe... or use wireless LAN card....

in your computer Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties use Obtain an IP adress automatically.....

yeap medyo mahal but affordable... 1000+ i think. 18 per meter pls 50 rj45 jack..... bitaw ngano man i-connect sad nimo dool raman nang 50m.... more privacy cguro.... basin mag lagot nang taga icafe mostly gamers kay maka lag.....

you may also try ccproxy server..... it will help...

barato raman ang UTP cable..naa may tg 7/mtr lang.. so 350 pesos lng magastos nimo + 15 na rj45 pair..
