Default 2 Networks to access 1 PC Question

Hello guys. I need a little help.

I have 2 Networks. One with Globe internet and the other with PLDT. Both has routers with DHCP on. These 2 are on separate networks. Both networks have about 10 pc's on each.

    IP ADD:
    Globe: 192.168.2.xx
    PLDT: 10.100.0.xx

    Question:
Is it possible for one pc with one NIC to access both PC's at the same time? I want to setup a single pc with shared files that both networks can access. Is that possible? Please let me know. Thanks!

that is not possible with one NIC, so, there. even if there's 2, are you using the same workgroup name if its not in a domain?

obtain automatic IP address then ang isa ka lan card
use the following IP address he he try lng

just add lang another NIC card para barato, nya kung routing base imo gusto no need to setup sa imo computer just buy multiple wan nga router pero medyo mahal, kay automatic ra mo connect kung down ang usa ka linya.
