how to make ur pc clock to external clock display (time of ur pc and the external clock is synchonize). kinsa nay naka hemu ani na project?
buhat ka imo own pci card and interface it to your pc.. create a program (assembly or C etc) to fetch the clock values and display it into your LCD if that's what you mean.
haven't tried this one.. but had first hand experience in creating custom PCI card interface plus C programming on our project.
A card that reads the BIOS settings on the clock multiplier settings, possibly.
then would dislpay in the front panel.

certainly vinokids software can give data to the clock speed and multiplier.

unsa mana bay etgo.. project na nimo? importante makuha nimo pin-out sa pci slot.. gikan diha design ka pci card unya syempre kuha pod ka pin out sa imo lcd.. basta makuha ra lagi na kung interested gyud ka. if lisuran ka ana. .pwede pod gamit nimo mga ports like parallel or serial.. imo lang i manipulate ang data sa imo program.
