in internet cafe. usually the ones without software counter for time and amount...(manual ra )

clt + alt+del will reset the pc.and the client can say ni hung or unsa pa kaha.

try gpedit.msc..but if your computer is not in a domain then ctrl-alt-del is disable..or u can try on the user profile..

Group Policy option on alt-ctrl-del have this following options; Remove Task Manager, Remove Lock Computer, Remove Change Password and Remove Logoff.

theres no option for shutdown... you can either remove you re-set button from the MOBO.

go to control panel -> user accounts -> change the way user login (or similar description... nalimot ko sa actual words man gud... hehehehe...).
