hiding the taskbar and disabling ctrl, alt, del....... HOW?

masters, sa amo bang library nga computer dili lagi mo-gawas tong START nga option kung i-click nimo ang windows key... unya ang ctrl, + alt + del pod walay effect kung imong pisliton asta pod ang alt + f4....
wala man poy problema sa keyboard kay ug mo-type ka ok raman....
wa pod cyay virus....

gibuhat man gud ni nila kay daghan man gung estudyante nga magbinuang sa maong computer... then gusto nila nga kato ra jud nga application ang pwedeng gamiton kay d man jud cya ma-close nga application bisan ug unsaon nimo pag-close.. d pod gani cya ma-minimize...
