All-in-one printer problem

my printer is epson cx3500.. i had it fixedlately coz it prints blank pages...

now, the problem is on the photocopy part... the scan is great, it works fyn... but when i photocopy a page, when the paper comes out, only half of the page has a print... and i mean verically half...

bai i think it still has a lot to do with the printer head, maybe its clogged up, damaged, wel never know unless checked. when was the last time you have it fixed, and where? did it solve the problem? epson printers bai dagkan clogging problems, coz im into the ink and cartridge business thats why i know, advise me :mrgreen:

bai.. everytime you photocopy a page, half rajud ang ma print?
if that's the case... pwede diay na clog unya maka print gihapon sa half page?

its a configuration issue or page layout concern i suppose. try resetting it to default.

as cebutech said, why does it still print even just half a page if it was clogged?

here. imagine a piece of paper, then fold it in half vertically... print something on it.. the open it..
that's what my output looks like... only the left side has print, unfinished also...

however, this only happens when i photocopy.. if i print, i mean the plain printing, consider it done!

bai.. i'm not familiar with that printer bai. but if you're sure that all the setting's right, then i hope there's nothing wrong with its main circuit board...

kasuway naman ko ana na case pero HP Officejet nuon to..katong bag-o pa gawas sa mga all-in-1. gipa check sa 2 ka known na vendors. pareho ug diagnosis. mahal man ang board so gi junk nalang...

ipa check nalang jud na sa service center para makacguro ka.... good luck bai.

bro cguro ang problem ana imo all in one printer is kanang inig scan nya when photocopying is half ra ang dagan sa scanning nya cguro naa nay mga settings nga e fix, try kuno tan-aw sa light inig photocopy nya kung molahos ba sa tumoy ang light inig scan nya sa documents

i did not take into consideration that the scanner just scans halfway, coz as ive said, the missing part is not the bottom part, but the right side... and i think scanners scan pages from top to bottom, ryt?
