I would NOT suggest to buy an all in one printer for your business
You can say it cost less, don't require huge space.
But what if one of your staff need to print and the other one need to scan
and they are both important.
I hope you get my point

scanning old black and white photos for color and restoration at the same time printing Encarta articles for my son's project.
i won't recomment buying a Lexmark though - their ink prices are way too bloated.
That's why i had to buy an ordinary Epson c59 for 20 or more pages printing ( better kay pwede sa continous ink )
i say, go for Epson.

photocopy or xerox. if you want that as part of your services, mas maau cguro kung scan to print quality. meaning e scan nimo, nya mo print na cya. i just forgot the brand and model. try to canvas a scanner that is capable of printing already. because as i see it, mas barato man cguro ang ink cartridge sa laser printer compare sa photocopy toner. nindot pa ang quality sa imong photocopy kay laser quality na. pero murag dali lang mahurot ang ink cartridge pero naa naman daghan refill karon sa laser cartridge. e research lang further...
For the printer: I suggest is the HP laserjet printer since its less cost in maintainance and printing cost, aside from that, printing quality is excellent... all in one printer is not a good idea, because if ever you have problem with your printer, your scanner and fax machine will also be sent to the clinic...
for the photocopying machine: any brand will do as long as it is digital...much better if it has a computer interface...so that you can use it as printer as well..
