Why are american gamers so picky in video cards?

It's all bout ego. For gamers, it's always been having the latest and greatest so they can squeeze in extra frames per second on this game or get a few more points out of 3DMark.

naa sad jud uban bai na metikoloso jud kaayo when it comes to graphics. the more nindot ila graphics the more siguro sila ganahan. i could say na ako medjo ganahan jud ko ug nindot na visuals hehe pero ako ra na ha hehehe

because they can make $1000 pc setups like it's their annual christmas gifts (read: RICH!). we also have our own share of graphics freaks here (i'm not one of them, me no money). they want all their games to look pretty, and for bragging rights.

and people will LOL at integrated graphics FOR GAMING. you will not expect to run games with silky smooth graphics on high with integrated graphics. integrated graphics can pass for old 3d games but it will create slide shows on almost anything post-2005 with mid-high settings.

that transformers game is nothing compared to the games they play like bioshock, fear, gran turismo, etc.

LOL LOL LOL integrated. Seriously, it doesn't matter if you are American or Indian ... if you call yourself a "gamer", go get a damn video card.

if you game a lot and nakasulay naka ug chada nga videocard, you can really tell the difference sa lain2x nga videocards. the more powerful the videocard, generally the more frames iya ma provide which results in smooth gameplay, unya mas chada pud ang visuals niya.. so put side by side ang integrated and powerful videocards in a graphically heavy game unya you already have learned to love beautiful grafix, maka LOL jud ka bisan pilipino ka.

pero it doesnt mean integrated is useless. depende rapud na nimo ug unsa gamit sa imo pc. if gaming imo purposes for pc, most people dont settle for integrated. but if internet, encoding, light games ra imo gamitan, then its not practical to buy an expensive videocard when an integrated one will do the job well. personally my internet pc is running with only integrated, and its perfect that way. but integrated wont run/do well with heavy games.

Because they can afford expensive ones....ako na poor kaayu dili nalang ko moriklamu, ang importante nako kay makasulod sa game world....

They(murag we man guro) also get a sense of fulfillment if they built a kickass gaming rig

LOL on integrated..... hehehe..... lahi ra man gud na ang 'makadagan' ug 'nindot ug dagan'..... if you're really in to gaming then you really need a high quality video card and not only a v.card but the whole package.....
