52 kg ko before, now 49 kg nako but still not contented. I still want to lose pa into 45.
almost 3 months nako ga gym but gamay paman nakuha.
here are my way of dieting:
-no rice
-as much as possible likay sa mga fatty foods but lisud kaayu kay sa karon panahon mao rajud ang ma dalidali
-gym ko every morning 1 hr 30 min. (running, zumba, abs, squat, weights 3lbs)
-juicing ko everynight but dili man jud nako ma straight og inum taga gabii kay mahurot ang supply (10 Carrots, 2 apples, 2 oranges)
-taga weekends mao na akong cheat day kay lami man gud ang kaon sa balay ana seafoods waaaaaaa
-ga myra e sadko (2 capsule a day)
-mu inum kog fit in right sad usahay kung naay budget, mag yogurt sadko e replace ug mga fatty foods
-diko mo inum softdrinks or beer
-mo inum kog lime with warm water every morning kanang ala pa sulod imo stomach
i think mao rana
gusto ko mag juicing jud as-in straight but mahal man kaau, naa mo idea

? if carbon. sus! kapouya pwerte layua sa amoa nya bug.at kaayu mag jeep ra baya ko. consumo for 1 week... naa mo recipes na sayun diha ug ma palit nalang sa grocery. pila inyo cost? pila ka days ma consume?
