ng gym ko for 1 month na and naka observe ko na mg luya man ko biskan i take breakfast.
murag kulang sa condition buh. murag gutom.
boring kaau ako diet, i only eat cereal(nestle fitness) with non fat milk before goin to gym, and wala jud variety. ng wheat bread sad ko, tas yakult and yogurt. tas moderate na sa rice.
pero gutom mn japon ui im mindful of what to eat , so wa kaau nai variety.... monotonous na kaau
