in my own understanding lang ha, murag i think, dili man siguro necessary nga naa gyud dapat menu nga sundon nimu sa gawas. i think it lies around the principle to eat as less "processed" foods in your diet. this means wlay fastfood, food in cans, food with preservatives. If we date back sa atong ancestors diri sa cebu, they hunt and gathered food like mostly fish, wild pig, and chicken. lisud or mura impossible man pud guro ng 100% paleo lang coz we can't live in a cave nowadays, the air we breath is polluted, and etc...

as the for exercise wise, mas maau ma mimic nimu what our ancestors did when they hunted for food...sprinting (not marathoning ha), loaded carries (pas-an), leaping, and etc... which requires explosive over-all body strength...

good luck sa imong endeavor bro...u can google more info as these are now very easily accesible nowadays

ako gi buhat kay 3 to 4 boiled eggs for breakfast with orange or apple. lisod gyud na ang mga recipe nga naa sa internet kay ang sagol mostly dili available sa pilipinas. basta imo i eliminate ang grains(cereal, rice, wheat, oatmeal), soy, sugar, salty food, dairy products, starchy foods og processed food, I'm confident you loose weight even without exercise. way limit kaon og inasal manok, baboy, baka. ok ra mo kaon og tambok sa baboy og bone marrow. kung mag salad ka kay ayaw og gamit og dressing nga naa sa supermarket. pwedi ka mag himo og imo. google lang for recipies. medyo mahal ni nga diet pero based on my experience, wala nako naka adto og doctor since nag start ko last january. ni improve pod ako stamina kay maka dagan na ko og 10k for 1 hr with much left in the tank unlike before nga more than 1 hour gyud ang 10k unya luya na ko after.

if you try to look at what our ancestors did, they barely eat breakfast!!! what they do is to wake up, grab some light food (veggies, root crops, or piece of fruit) then set off to HUNT!!! some doing paleo are also using intermittent fasting or intermittent feasting type of eating...if health wise imong basehan, dili pud ko sure ana if 100% bana nga healthy. most of the meat we have nowadays are cultured...meaning chemical feeds na gikaon, mga engineered food! and i don't think that's healthy enough for our bodies...dili ko sure anang chemical reaction which results to hormonal imbalance na makuha nimu when eating chickens or pigs kay feeds na ang kinaon ana nila. thats why sa US, particular kaau sila anang "grass fed" cows...or organic...or natural, and etc..

as for me? yeap, im doing intermittent fasting if gipit sa budget!hahahaha...works so very well! hahhhaha

not quite sure if ur getting the exact nutrients kay if cooked ang utan, usually mawala na iyang nutrients unlike eaten raw or blanched...basin siguro makuha nalang nimu ang fiber content sa utan gikaon...which is also way better than fried vegetables...

in my own understanding lang ni ha??heheheh.

kung walay budget, pwedi ra itlog... bisan pila ka itlog. mas ok gyud i eliminate nimo ang rice, dili lang half2x. try it for 1 week then cheat lang og kaon og rice panagsa maybe once a week pero ayaw pod habhab kaon og rice kay mo spike imo insulin then most sa imo gi kaon mahimo nang tambok. mas maayo if dili fried pero if walay choice ok ra basta minimize or elimate ang carbs. kung hadlok ka og cholesterol, pwedi mag seafoods ka. eat all you can bisan unsa seafoods pero medyo mahal lang ang seafoods. try one month without carbs and see if this diet works for you.
