    kinsay ga gym dri? tips be.. nahan ko mag gym., unsay angay eating diet., regular sked sa gym., ayaw lang mahalon na supplements ipapalit ha., kanang natural maka tabang gain weight or gain lean muscle.. mas mau mo tambag nya butang picture para mo gana sad ang uban mo gym maka kita sa porma ninyo., sundon pajud style ninyo., naka tabang namo mga bodybuilders hehe

    naa mn mga program ang gym TS. apil na s program ang diet.

    Consider working out as a lifestyle not just a way of getting "macho" body. Don't overfeed your self with carbs just eat healthy, carb diet isn't sustainable in the long run.

    Brad nag gym ko sauna unya tinuod na monindot imong porma pero kinahanglan siya nimo e maintain kay kung mabyaan nimo kay motambok ka. And pagpadako kay dali ra kaayo kay ang imong buhaton kay mokaon lang ka ug maayo. Ang pagpagamay maoy lisod kay kinahanglan siya ug exercise unya limit sa kaon.
