Default Problem With Gunbound's TCP,UDP Port

Hi, i can't set up my firewall/s to work with Gunbound. How can i allow Gunbound to use TCP ports 3800-3899 and UDP ports 3800-3899? Im currently using Windows XP's built-in firewall and a LooknStop firewall. I tried to disable both firewalls and i also tried to authorized Gunbound to connect to the internet using both firewalls but to no avail, still it didn't work. I can log-in but i can't play the game. the game keeps on minimizing by itself everytime my firewall asks me if i should allow looknstop to authorized GUNBOUND.GME. I tried to authorize it by ticking the "direct connection allowed" but still it wont work, then i receive the error notification no. 200 that says something like (check ur internet connection and your firewall). Can you help me on how i could make a "rule" or something. http://www.looknstop.com for some reference.

P.S. i want to keep my looknstop firewall. I have this for years now. for me its irreplaceable. i'll post screenshots if needed.

    heelp me pls
