Foreclosed Pag-ibig Property - LOT

Hi fellow istoryans!

Ask lng unta ko ug gamay nga idea or information regarding foreclosed properties in Pag-ibig. Naay gi.offer akong friend sa akoa na foreclosed vacant lot thru pag-ibig.. I am wondering if needed pa ba ni nako ipa survey ang lot before namo paliton
salig ra unta ko kay ang pag-ibig naman mismo ang nglist ani as acquired nila na property... pero id like to hear comments lng unta sa inyo mga nakatry na ani nga process pag.acquire ug property.

siguradua lang pangutana ang pag-ibig kung wala na ba gapuyo ana, kay sa akong nahibaw-an sa una, ikaw mismo mopa-pahawa sa existing nga nagpuyo. ask lang gyud sa pag-ibig.

hi ts, "caveat emptor" or let the buyer beware. this is a principle when buying a real property..you have to take all the risks to examine the property..here's a scenario, bisan sakto ang sa pag-ibig but ang tapad na mga neighbors ni encroach sa property inyo paliton..lagi pagtan-aw nila mura naman na abandoned ang lot ug wala nay nagpakabana, so ang silingan nga tikasan hinay2x sad sibog sa ila expansion padung sa lot na na recover na balik sa pag-ibig..i hope naay recent relocation survey ang pag-big and ma point jud nila ang mga mohon diha ninyo by ocular inspection...or you have to take the risk to relocate it by your own surveyor.

@Supernova: mao lagi gyud akong gi.think at first na ipasurvey gyud and make sure na sakto ang location sa mohon.. we'll hire one asap interested gyud ko sa location sa property.

I hope naa pay mosuggest or share sa ilang experience regarding this matter
