Id like to seek your opinion/assistance re our assumption.
We have already paid the owners two years ago, paid DECA for them to process the assumption and paid Pag-ibig every month.
AFter two years, the property is still not under our name, and DECA has a lot of excuses why they werent able to transfer the name yet.

Would you know anybody in Pagibig who could help us with this assumption? Have you tried assuming a propert? HOw did you do it?
