Need Recommendations for a new PC: Small form factor

Hi guys,

Here I am again asking for your opinions. I just built a PC June 2011 and this time I need to build a new one but this time it will be a small form factor. The purpose of this PC is for gaming by the way. Budget most probably around 40k to 50k (if maka lessen then the better)

Casing:

SST-SG08B(black) (I was thinking of getting this one) much better if newer high end cards will fit
Mainboard:
Processor and HSF:
RAM:
HDD:
Videocard:

I would recommend a LianLi casing over the Silverstone but I forgot which model was great for SFF, Isaacrobot knows about it though.

Mainboard: Any Z77 mATX board should do from Asus or Asrock
Processor: Intel Core i5 3570k w/ Noctua C14
RAM: G.Skill 2133Mhz 8GB CL9 Kit
HDD: Corsair ForceGT 240Gb (OS/Apps/Gaming) Samsung F3 1TB (porn/p0rn/pronz)
Videocard: GTX690 or GTX670

I have no idea if that fits the budget

I think i3 is a bit low for a gaming pc.

^ most games are gpu dependent that is why there will be little or no difference between the 2 CPUs. But if you will play games that are cpu core dependent then pick i5. On the other hand 3k+ imo ma save if u go to i3, which u can add to ur gpu. 16k+(or more) will be ur budget for the up coming GTX 660 (w/c rumured to kill 7950). u will be able to play games at full settings

The good thing about i5 is efficient & fast when it comes to video editing, rendering, heavy softwares, and u also have the option to OC for the K version.
