Need specs/advise for my new PC

My current PC been using it for 4 years and finally it crashed. I decided to buy a new one. But I am not familiar with this, I did not want to just form my own specs because maybe the motherboard i choose is not good or the videocard i choose sucks .....etc. so I ask you guys help. I just want this new PC to last maybe maybe 3 years. I have no special preference whether intel or amd. I am an average gamer. My budget is 20K- 30K.this is for CPU only, since I'll be keeping my monitor. Please help me build my computer.

Im no expert...suggest2x lng hahahahahahaha....actually, mao ni ako plano para ako build...hahahahaha prices are not exact pero more or less, mao na ang price

Total: 29,050

My suggestion is a bit higher compared to the first one.. but it is a good setup for a gaming rig.

any other suggestion? aside from play_chess23 and Kibir_Tidibir suggestion, I hope there is more ideas, I also like to say aside from what i mentioned earlier, I am into downloading movies, games, tv shows especially torrent. thus I rarely close my computer.
