Yet Another Bad Seller?

Good Day to All,

I recently transacted to some person that made this very thread: https://www.istorya.net/forums/comput...l#post12868031

Actual transaction happened on Sunday, the 1st of July, 2012 @ Emall around 2pm.

Items consists of the following:
● 1x socket 775 mobo [identified as Magic-PRO] (defective)
● 1x socket 775 mobo + proc + hsf [MSI] (proc is defective)

To make the story too short…, I asked the seller for just a 1day warranty and he agreed to give 1day and said that the items does not have any kinds of problems, after I bought the items around 2pm, I rushed to my place @ Pit-OS and found out the defects around 6pm~7pm. Gave him a couple of SMS and even PM’ed him about the items defects but to no avail…, no replies.

I believe in the good spirit of fair buying/and/selling inside/outside istorya.net and I will still strive and continue it even encountering this kind of predicament I’m experiencing in right now.

ok rako, salig ko to the event that 'senior' member man ang seller. I'm not MAD, I'm just too sad in disappointment.

i was merely asking for 1day of warranty..., dili mu-reply aron ma-impas ang 1day aron TY na ang warranty?

Morag klaro kaayo ni nga palusot base on TS statement. imagine sending a couple of sms and pm's? don,t tell me nga naguba iyang celfon or nag brownout sa ilang area maong wala sya maka open ani nga website. i don't think so.

anyway, charge to experience nalang na TS. Sometimes life is hard...

that is my first and foremost option..., what if he tell's you that he lives in "Asturias"?, this is why ngano paghuman ug palit nako kay nagkarag-karag intawn ko uli just to make it fast as to test the darn items.

as I've said..., I'm in the spirit of good/honest/fair buying/selling and he did 'promised' a day of warranty.
