COMPANY OF HEROES - Video problem

Can anybody help? My pc has a PENTIUM D with a 1gig ram and a Geforce 5500 (258mb/128bit) video card. The game requirements for COMPANY OF HEROES needs only a PENTIUM4(2.0ghz), 512mb ram and a 256 video card. But when I play, mag kaging-kaging man gihapon ang game. Already tried to lower the video specs of the game hoping that it would help but to no avail. Can my video card be defective? it used to run when I had the P4 (1.6ghz) but when I upgraded my PC to PENTIUM D this happened. Please recommend a solution. Thanks.

my rig is pentium d 2.66ghz on an ecs 945gm-3, 2 x 512mb ram drr2 pc 533, sparkle geforce 6600 ultra 2 256mb ddr2 and problem naku bro kay dili gihapon smooth iyang dagan sa company of hereos even at low settings. samot pa cguro nang imo. nothing wrong with your pc bro, grabe lang gyud og requirements ang game

Bro, advice nako nimo...bisag unsa pana imo processor or memory ka high-end kung ang imo video card is below ATI Radeo 9600 dili gyud na mo dagan ang imo games nga Company's of heros u need at least ATI Radeon 9600 and up.

Bai, unsa pasabot kaging, hinay ang framerates or mo lock up gyud ang software? Kay I have a rig here with Pentium 2.8 single core, inno3d 5500 256mb 128bit and DDR2-533 512 memory, at low settings, with model details set at level 4, ok ra man ang performance, very playable. Medyo dugay lang ang loading in between games or in between episodes sa campaigns. You mentioned nga ok ra unta to ang performance running your 1.6 P4, but when you upgraded ni ing-ana na, so I assume you also replaced your mobo. Try installing the latest drivers for your mobo, that usually fixes a lot of things bai. Even if ang XP mo auto-detect everything upon installation, mas maayo gyud ang performance if you installed the latest drivers for your mobo, bai. Hope this helps.

hehehe parihas rajud ta og problem saona... apan na solve na among probs.. turns out nga defective among video card..

system:
p4D 3.0ghz
512mb ram
ATI 1600 256mb << defective changed to 512mb
