Hi there. My partner and I are planning to go to Bantayan this second week of October. Since the two of us haven't been back there for the loooongest time, we would like to ask you people for some information basing on your own experiences. Please provide me some suggestions/answers to the following queries:
-Affordable place to stay in. Would prefer beach front but not really necessary. Does not need to be air conditioned since I believe the place would be cool at night and that's the only time we stay indoor. Anybody who can provide me a resort with an non-air con and air con room with their corresponding prices would be wonderful as well.
-Fare amount and departure/arrival information. We will be commuting since we do not own a car, so by that, the starting point will be at North Bus Terminal. How much would the bus fare be as well as the boat transfer and the land transfer from the port to the resort? Also, what time do these PUVs operate? We are planning to depart as early as we can in the morning. By the way, we will be going there on a weekday. Prolly Tuesday-Friday.
-Must do in Bantayan. We would like to make our stay as enjoyable and occupied as possible. What activities do you recommend and the price?
-Delicacies for you and for home. Of course, it would always be better if you could get a taste of their own delicacy as well as bring it to your beloved that was left at home so that even if they were not able to come with you, you were able to bring the place's sought-for food to them.
