kana free sa pldt. alcatel mani na black.. na i chinese character naka suwat apil.
I also have that problem in our company. We have the PLDT my DSL but then the contractor didnt install properly the modem , but my concept in that problem is that we should connect the modem to the landCard in our Pc then connect the modem to the router then configure it.
do reply if you have any Idea about this problem
Good DAy
I also have this modem/router, its IP is 192.168.1.1. Username and password I dont remember, think is was admin and 1234, but not sure.
I am using the only in bridge mode and use my linksys as router and the pldt modem/router just as a modem... but if I connect it directly to my lan, I can configure it via 192.168.1.1 with no problem.
Bro, every router has its own default IP ...on my experience....to configure first reset manually the router (hard reset) then Connect the router to one computer (use correct cable configuration) then try to ping the IP of the router to check the connectivity...the make a Telnet on that IP with the default username and password. OR open your browser and type the IP of your router to the address bar.
In case IP is not provided with u....ask the vendor or search from the internet just take note the model and manufacturer of your router.
Common default IP:-> EDIMAX:192.168.2.1 user:admin pass:1234
XZEL:192.168.1.1 pass:1234
->be sure to make a hard reset before you proceed.
HAve a GOOD day!
murag default man gyud cguro nang 192.168.1.1...kung kabalo ka mo configure sa router ug balik, try to check basin naa nay reset hole sa router para imo ma restore sa iya factory settings..
most routers have default ip addresses of 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.2.1. try any of the three. kund dili ka access, do the manual reset to factory settings and try again. more importantly, CONSULT YOUR MANUAL. most of the info you need can be found there.
