    Default Windward Software


    Guys have you heard of Windward Software? It's in the 2nd floor of TGU Building in IT Park.

    Anyone here worked there? Can you give information on how to apply? Do they have walk in?

    How about the salary and benefit? Do they include good medical coverage? Any info you can provide would be useful. Thanks!

    Windward Software kay POS software with inventory control and accounting system integrated with POS Devices. Ang mga calls kay inbound if Support Administrator which is considered teir 1 pero if Support Tech by Appointment ang calls ug outbound which is level 2 ang level 3 kay Canadian Techs na. Ang Windward kay dli by account meaning supporting own product and customers. Customers calling are mostly owner, manager or supervisor of the company. Programmers developing and maintaining the software kay naa sa Canada ug Cebu. Ang starting kay 16k pero mo increase after 3 months ug ma regular.. naa medical benefits sa regular lng upto 5 beneficiaries all company expense naa pud gym allowance. Dli shifting ang sched ug fix ang day off saturday and sunday. naa mo in 9:00 pm ug 12 midnight. A minimum of 60 - 70 calls in a day coming in but for all techs na, unlike uban call center 70-80 calls for each tech.

    Qualifications:
    Able to work independently as well as in a team, positive attitude
    Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Excellent customer service skills
    Excellent time management skills, including ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical and research skills
    Knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, networking and peripherals

    depende kung naa nay naka schedule nga applicant. pero kng mo walk-in mo. the best time kay 6:00am monday-friday. naay pwede ma interview dayun naa pod wala kung naa nay naka schedule for interview ana nga adlaw.

    unsa type sa exam? naa written ug technical? interested jud ko mo work dri ba kay dli man gud xa outsource. in house ni dba? so mas ok jud compared sa normal callcenter.

    initial interview, speedtest then panel interview and if you pass you will be called and that's signing contract na. no written exam

    i'm guessing speed test is a typing test?
