Hello Istorians!

I'm looking for a talented local band/artist that does not have a manager yet & would like to be taken to the "next level". Obviously they must be willing to put in the time & effort to make it to the next level, but we would provide a website, marketing, graphics, cd covers, music videos, photoshoots, concepts/ideas, etc to make sure it will happen.
