yes it is. they wont call themselves the biggest and the best if they are not right? otherwise, they would be lying. thats why most of the people if not all would want to be a part of this great company.

Para nako, Lexmark & JP Morgan! relax ra kaayo JPMC pero dili lng jud sila technical services. financial sila. Ang lexmark kay technical (printers).. naa department sa ila call center nga relax pud, naa xad pressure kaayo like sa software dept.

but, both of them have better pay and benefits than any other call centers in cebu. plus, direct jud nila ilang employees UNLIKE sa uban nga gi OUTSOURCE ra..

Seriously, it depends on the person's experience. 'Cause I may say that this call center is the best but for dozens other people it's not. like for example, at my current call center a lot of people would say bati jud sya, but i don't think so. i'm okay with the environment, the supes, etc...

but if u ask the majority of the people from different call centers, mostly would say convergys or jp morgan. for them those are the best.
