What's the best laundry shop in Cebu?

I hope you can help me with this. I've been trying to find the best laundry shop in Cebu. The ones I've tried are seriously frustrating. It's either my clothes end up having holes or they smell bad. ( it's so obvious they didn't really wash/dry it thoroughly and just put a lot of fabric conditioner to make it smell ok. )

Any suggestions would be well appreciated. Thanks!
