Actually your question is not a joke and it actually needs a serious answer A lot of females do get infected or physically traumatized by their partners unintentionally simply because both of them do not know any better.

1. If you are referring to the lower private part of your GF, then make sure that your hands/fingers are clean (they may look clean but are you sure there are no germs there??) You better wash thoroughly.
