assemble or branded PC?

guys which do you think is better and cost effective? assembling your own PC or buying branded ones.

I've tried the buying branded PC last year 2000. it was for me the best PC money can buy at that time. it was a custom biuld PC by DELL computers. I ordered it in the US. cost me around US$10k but now its still works but its worthless now. also when its memory got busted it took me a month to get a replacement since i was not able to find any available rambus in line memory modules here. I'm planning to get a new PC so I'm thinking assemble my own or buy again a branded one.

pa-assemble bro, kana imo 2k$$ kay nindot na kaayo na. (para nako )
pero kung budgetan nimo 10k$$ gyapon, karon, sus pataud nalang seguro lain linya sa kuryente.

but this only work if you know how to do it....

branded: dili ka maka-pili sa specs..lisod pajud usahay ang parts...warranty problem usahay..hehehehe

assembled: ikaw pili sa mga specs. mas maka-barato ka...you can also choose different branded parts
