Hi to all.
Last July 31, 2008, the Senate forwarded to the House of Representatives Senate Bill No. 2408, a bill which would increase the salary of our public school teachers. Until now, the House is not acting on the bill.
We would like to request those who have the heart for our public education system to help us in pressuring the House of Representatives in passing a concurrence bill to SB No. 2408. Our teachers are generally underpaid. I guess they could use the additional income.

totally agree, this should get an increase and additional incentives. teaching is not a profitable profession but a profession with passion and dedication.. luoy na tawon kau nang ubang teachers na mamaligya nalang tawon og ice candy just to get extra income.

Duol-duol na nis tinuod nga mahimong balaod, kay naa namay ilang bersiyon ang Senado; ang gipaabot na lang mao ang bersiyon gikan sa Kongreso.
Ang amo na lang karon nga may mas daghan pang mopirma sa petisyon, aron nga makakita ang mga Kongresista nga daghan tang misuporta niini.

ayay... mao diay n d jd mo.increase ang sweldo sa teachers, and to think pila n k senators ang ga.ilog ug angkon ana n bill, ang house mn sd diay mismo wala nilihok...

heart and soul nya pwerting gamaya ra ila sweldo
lets give them a break and give them what is right!
