hp mini note 1000

hi everyone,

i was wondering if anyone had any info regarding the hp mini note 1000 that is specifically sold in the philippines.

from what i know, the model that is sold here only contains the 60 gb hdd (now there is conflicting info on whether it sata or pata). HP in sm stated that its sata but the website says otherwise (pata). also people from pc stores are teling me that the mini uses a standard 2.5 form, but from what i read online, it uses a 1.8. arg, so many conflicting info!!

do they offer the ssd version here? if not, is there any place where i can get an adaptor like this:

than the next question is, where can i buy a 32gb compact flash card?

Does replacing the hdd void the warranty?
Cause for some strage reason, replacing the hdd in the mini voids your warranty, but not on any other laptops they sell.

Next, I was also wondering if the hp mini sold here contains a 3g modem. if you take out the battery, there is a slot for your sim. apparently it give you the ability to surf online if you have a 3g modem.

if it doesn't contain this card, can i order hp specific parts?
