Sir grabe ka ha open manjud ug computer shop, why dili man internet cafe lol.
Anyway Im planning on that too soon pa.
Daghan man jud kag angay i consider ana Sir, in my own opinion mao ni pinaka basic:
Firstly, you have to plan it very well kay even other business malugi if wala matarong ug dala and I think you're aware of that.
Secondly, is you have to get a mayors permit, DTI permit etc...Enable you to SELL also, those requirements I mentioned are needed when getting a supplier.
Thirdly, is you have to find a supplier for example SDNI, SDNI is a type of supplier diri sa CEBU CITY where TTI is having business w/ them as their supplier for their products. You can have more than 2 supplier and its up to you where you can find least price.
Forth, you have to get a space for RENT or BUY to put up an establishment for your business.
Fifth, you have to hire people for manpower.
Final one you have to be financially stable, ELSE you know what happen.

the shop should be affordable and accessible at the same time plus good cpu's are plus also i hear playing cod4 in lan i fun. well thats just my opinion

Tnx sa inu mga infos sirs. this s my father's 1st option kay he wants me to have a business and yes i need to study everything 1st para d ko mayabo. as of now mau pa ni na business ang nahuna2 sa akong father so i just need to ask u guys para naa ko idea.

location is a gr8 factor where rent is minimal. I also advice to get your stocks sa MDR, they are also wholesaler. They are also the maker/assembler of Arnold Lappies
