Planning to start a Coffee Shop business.. Need advice!!!

I'm thinking to start a coffee business that has a unique concept.... As I noticed, there's no coffee shop like it that has been put up in cebu... But I still have some problems that I need to be solve before I can start... please give me some advice regarding this issues... Thanks in advance...

Issues:

- Capital = don't have any idea on exactly how much it will cost me... How much would be the investment? And some advices to how will I come up on such amount? Having a business partner is one of my options but I don't know who would be interested... And how can I assure that he will be a good partner...

- Place = I still have the appropriate place as to where to put it... I'm thinking on one of the buildings here in cebu but I still need to inquire how much it will cost... If you have ideas on where to put it please share.. thanks...

- Coffee = This is one of the important things needed... I'm still looking for a unique variety of coffee recipes that will differentiate the shop to other ordinary or famous coffee shops... Please share some of the best recipes if you like... thanks...

- Concept = I have a unique concept on what to make the shop different to other coffee shops here in cebu... I might say that its a combination of my twisted mind, some famous coffee shops and some facilities that will make the coffee lovers enjoy drinking their favorite coffee's while having fun... I don't want to bore my customers... hehehe...

- Tools = This is important too... Looking for the right tools will make things more harder but I would prefer to look for affordable tools in the market for the shop then upgrade it when the right time has come... Please give me some advices as to where can I find cheap utensil and tools appropriate for a coffee shop...

capital = for new entrepreneurs, the best way to get capital is from family or relatives or even very close friends. lisod mangita ug capital sa mga tao nga dili nimo kaila. labi na sa mga banko, hesitant jud kau mga banks magpa loan sa mga new players UNLESS you have a good enough collateral AND/OR have a very good business plan.

about sa coffee and tools = try adto sa DTI, naa mana sila listing sa mga major suppliers/distributors. i know that most suppliers of specialty coffee beans also supplies the necessary tools/equipments. about sa coffee recipes, daghan sa internet, but nothing beats trial and error. try making your own formula and let your friends taste/try it, and have an open mind for their suggestions.

Go with brewed coffee bay kay para humot kaau ang imu shop. Ang startbucks kay ni down ang sales since they shift to ready made na coffee na then because of that ni balik cla ana fresh brewed jd.

I think ang espresso machine lng mo cost na ug around 150k. try contact technolux naa na cla machines ug tools or utensils.

gusto sab kau ko ani nga business kaso dako gyud ang capital kinahanglan ani.

ang mga serious coffee drinker mo appreciate gyud na ug good ambiance nya relaxing musics..
