well, you need to lift heavy though... 30-45mins of weight training, burns 400-600 cals (depending on intensity)... while you need to do more than one hour of boring brisk walking to burn 300-400 cals... i've read a lot about this, and proven pud nako...
eat lots of fiber... exercise regularly...
