    Default Lifting weights == losing weight?


    is weight lifting an effective way to lose weight? or should i do more strenuous exercises? please post opinions and/or facts.. thanks,

    no.. proper and balanced diet plus supplements will definitely help.

    Diet... and Weight Lifting... a lot better than cardio sir.. foreal!

    well, you need to lift heavy though... 30-45mins of weight training, burns 400-600 cals (depending on intensity)... while you need to do more than one hour of boring brisk walking to burn 300-400 cals... i've read a lot about this, and proven pud nako...

    weight lifting is better coz even if ur resting na ur body still burns calories

    Correct kaayo! re-building muscles during sleep... keep feeding yourself with protein and carbs for it to be effective.. and possibly build more...
