vodafone is a network. like smart and globe... if naka lock imong fone sa voda it means you have you use their network for your fone to work...
its like globe lock...you cant use any sim unless maopen line nimo..
pero ang vodafone..dili dali ma unlock here pinaz...i guess thats it...pero there are techies that can work around or have the needed resources to openline a voda lock...few ra sad...and costly...
i'm using vodafone prepaid..i agree it is a network but they also sell mobile phones..my vodafone was made by sharp..i'm just curious whether i'll be able to use it in the Phils., but i doubt it since it doesn't have anything to insert the sim..but anyway, i plan to ask Sharp service centers if they can do something about it..
vodalocked?? i really don't know, haven't experience anything like that..^^maybe, sanction214 is right..
is vodaphone CDMA or GSM? AFAIK, it's GSM coz i have a friend who uses a SHARP phone. comment on the phone is that it's screen really is sharp (pun intended) i always hear that they have the best screens for mobiles. my v3i uses screens made by them. compared to a regular v3 which uses TOSHIBA's, a SHARP made really stands out.
