not all.. means.. mo gamit gihapon sila sa fact and evidence? diba after nila ug check kung nag subay ba sa balaod ang pag dawat/reject sa fact and evidence .. diba ilaha man tan awon ang fact and evidence nga na dawat(kai ni sunod sa balaod) before sila mo himo ug verdict(guilty/acquit)?

not all facts presented sa lower court ila ma-check and not all testimonies presented in the lower court.

when the lower court decide that witness A is credible the SC cannot say otherwise bec the lower court is in the right position to judge witness kay sila man naa actual interaction with them...

when the lower court says that a doc is inadmissble as evidence then for the SC to admit it the sc should point a particular law which should have been considered by the lower court to accept it as evidence..
