bro u can get a generic setup nya imo i.customise ang parts... lyk select kag basic setup nya if naay mga component d nmo ganahan u can change them to something else.. and the store techies with test them and ensures that by the tym ur system is delivered to ur doorstep it will work just what u wanted it to do...

u dont need to buy every components of the pc and assemble everything urself at home.. either you go this way which i think is fun but risky (but ull learn something along the way) or the way i am referring above.

unbranded pcs may perform just lyk the branded pcs or can go more.... depending on your setup and ur knowledge about computers. if u have the knowledge or just the basics about how every component works on the system then u can select the components and parts that best suites ur needs. u can even go beyond your needs if u have the money.

compatibility issues can be avoided if you refer to your hardware's manual like for example a motherboard... you can refer to its manual to what processor and memory it supports, number of drives it can accommodate, and type of cards it can handle.

high end parts are available here...

this probably will happen if you are not aware what your building to specially with the high end rigs like memory nowadays have sort of timing thing or the so called revisons CL5, CL8 and stuffs. the videocard which you have to plug additional power for it to run stable not like with the low end rigs or what is catered most of the time to the branded pc's that any kingston or value rams with the same frequency will run just fine..

regarding to the high end rigs bro many suppliers here in cebu do cater high end parts for gamers needs and if its not available here, gamers tend to order stuffs in manila or if they have some extra buck they go for amazon or ebay..

PC manufacturers (like Dell or Alienware) use the process of rebadging (buying a product or service from another company and sell it as part of your own product range) in manufacturing their PCs...the components they use in the PC build are not their own..they get those components from other manufacturers..so what your buying from them is basically an assembled PC but since they rebadged it (gave it their logo) they can sort of upsell the product, making it more expensive...
