    @Angelo: minimize your salt in-take, para less imong water retention. Ingon ana sad ko. Di na ko magtuyo ... grrr, makiparat man jud ko.

    Anyways, this is my second week sa pag-gym balik. I dont expect results pa. Maybe by the end of the month, naa na gamay.

    Simple goals as of now: less rice, less tuyo, no softdrinks.

    hey whats with tuyo anyway? isda amo sud-an diri sa balay taga adlaw i sagulan man nako tuyo ang sauce... dili diay na maayo?

    ok... less salt... but how can i avoid it??

    ganiha lunch, fried chix, pork adobo, sotanghon guisado and pechay...

    almost all of them has salt in it...

    so i just eat less nalang for the sake of losing weight... haay... anyways... im still enjoying my workout anyways... i just signed up for a few sessions with a pt para i know what should i do kay he said nga sayop ang akong mga routines... we'll see about that... ill keep you all updated on my progress...

    btw... i have changed a few of my routines, some of it were suggested by the trainer.

    is it ok lang ba nga mga one hour and a half lang ka sa workout (cardio + weights)

    @Angelo: I use ketsup na lang instead of tuyo.

    I go to Metrosports gym. I'm there at around 5pm till 6:30pm.

    @Pchan, mao lagi part.. tingala pud ko, i lost 8lbs na after 6weeks pero di pa man nako makita ang physical changes.. as in gipikturan jud nako ako lawas before i enrolled sa gym.. pero after 6weeks, mao mao ra man.. dako man gihapon ko hehehe... gamay ra kaayo changes jud.. .pero im patient man, atleast lingaw ra man pud ko workout, i know soon mo pay off ra ni... mga when kaha jud makita ang results? kanang mogamay na jud ko?

    i started working out june 15 my weight was 160 lbs, then work-out ko 4-5 times a week tapos strict diet jud. now my weight is 149 lbs as of july 19. my goal is 140 or 135. i drink 10 glasses of water daily.

    right now i'm feeling the kapoy after a very long time working out.. karon pa ni.. maybe ni overtrain ko.. hahah..

    @bycane: may gali naka picture ka before nag gym ka.. para kita gud ang results.. ehehehe.. pero you know what best part is.. third party opinion.. when people say "oi.. ni gamay lagi ka".. <-- priceless..

    i know its been asked before para dghan kau conflicting info sa net...
    is it possible to lose body fat and gain muscle all at the same time? OR...
    do we have to follow an approach to eat a lot.. gain weight and bulk then after some time (maybe half of the year)
    eat less then do more cardio to have that ripped look? or can both be done at the same time??

    libog man gud ko coz i wana have both at the same time..
