^ Noynoy and our Supreme Court are two sides of the same coin, both are embarrassments to and held in low esteem by their foreign counterparts and both are laughed at for being unintelligent and incompetent.

In other countries you need to be extremely smart to become President or a justice of the Supreme Court. They have very rigorous recruitment processes and only the best of the brightest have even a chance of being appointed to the bench. I would go as far as to say that a regular magistrate's court judge in Hong Kong or Singapore is much more intelligent than our Chief Justice and would embarrass him in a straight IQ contest.

Mao bitaw nadugay ang kaso, kay sakto gyud sa plano ang lawyer ni Webb. They have to burned the evidence first para dili na makabalik ug tan-aw ato. They waiting for the right time, where things are acceptable to the eyes of the public. Atimana 15 years ni gihatagan on decision, mura mana gipa-amgo ang tawo for being a Bad Boy.....Grabe gyud kaayo atong Justice System, pa-antuson pa gyud ang both parties sa kadugayon, mao ni resulta nga daghan tawo matin-tal sa pagbuhat ug dautan.....Grabe gyud ang bonuses sa mga Webb lawyers, for the job well done, anyway naa bay pobre nga lawyers dinhi sa pinas, murag mao ni number 1 business profession nga dali ra ang asenso.....ang sunod kay mga doctors....

SC based from the evidences...for me its simply like a weighing scale in a factory. If kuwang, reject. If sobra, reject. If sakto, passed. Wala man sad sala ang SC sa pag acquit ani kay wala man jud admissible evidence.

Bisan pa ug naa kay witness nya wala kay ebidensya, mahulog ra ug tumo2x...So, sakto ang SC. It's like a basic program sa excel...LOL

Daghan man abogado nga gamay rag kita. Depende ra na sa abilidad. Pero sobra ra kadaghan abogado diri, that means daghan kaayo competition. Dili sad tanan nga cliente maka-afford og bayad og dako.

That is what really surprised me about the interview with ex-NBI chief Velasco. When asked, if Hubert didn't do it, then who did? He replied that there were a lot of construction projects in the village that time, insinuating that the perpetrators must have been construction workers. Also implied in his response is the stereotype that construction workers are the typical raping, killing types. This is how brilliant our police officers are. And imagine this guy was the CHIEF of NBI. The local cops are likely to be much dumber than he is.

Also recall that by the time he did that interview, they were already aware that a policeman was hired to clean up the evidence. And yet he still made the claim that he believed construction workers were the prime suspects. Tell me what kind of ***** concludes that kind of thing? He believes construction workers can afford to hire a policeman to clean up their mess? Did these construction workers also rob a bank? What an idiot.

@Black_mamba... I agree with you, That God above is the ultimate Justice. All of our arguments and opinions are futile, Because the "Prince Court" the Den of the wicked, Greedy and corrupted Jury's HAVE SPOKEN.

It is clear that they fabricated and manipulated the evidence just to clean the defendants side. OK ra man unta kung dili mag DRUGS...
