ummm i beg to dis.agree na madutlan sa conqueror's hakki since kusgan man pud ni si eugene.. though puro sila fast, but i think pildihon gihapon si eugene since i think it would take longer time to attack with his powerful attack wherein mu.use xa sa iya energy coz he still needs to charge his attacks.. though iyang mga charge dali ra.. but unlike luffy na dili madutlan sa physical attack ni eugene since he's made of rubber and walay hakki si eugene.. lets think for example setting sa arcade game or pareho sa chunin exam na fight wherein the fight is signalled by a referee of some sort. by this time mgdungan sila ug charge after the fight is started, then luffy can make numerous physical attack and since mao rapud jud na iya mabuhat majority sa iya mabuhat na attacks.. while si eugene after mgcharge, before he makes those energy type of attacks mucharge napud xa.. unless inig after the fight is signaled to start, iya ipunon sa iyang fingertips ang mga ray guns para dili na xa kinahanglan mucharge before xa mutira.. but all in all, it all depends on their battle experience and how they outwit their enemy, so in summary lisod jud gihapon i.predict kinsa mudaog.. but i think luffy has the advantage..

with the S-class of Eugene iba na ang level ng ray gun... i think hindi na kailangan mag charge, biglaan tong lumalabas.... thinking og physical sanay na rin si eugene duun... nung away nga nila ni togoru.... sabi ni togoro lakas niyang sumuntok.... talo c luffy... luffy cant fight in long range.... while eugene can... papunta palang c luffy eh inuulanan na cya ng ray gun... take note ray gun of class-s....
