    policy editor ra na nila gi setup.

    as for running the command. i doubt you can do it. they were smart enough to disable ctrl alt del, they wont be dumb to disable the run command shortcut.

    if you want to try it on your computer.. make sure to know what you are doing. of course google is always there to guide you and give you more info on how to use the tool.

    I had a funny talk with my 3 lecturers kanina. We were talking complicated yet sarcastic things like messing with gpedit and local policies sa mga computers sa school because the rest of the faculty and the admin are "too dumb to be IT Lecturers" (which is actually true) as based sa gisulti sa mga teachers na akong naka-storya. Before we ended the chat, we agreed with each other not to mention any of the exploits we had on the "too dumb to be IT Lecturers" because those people might use it against us. Hahaha.

    So yeah, you're right
