    when i started this program 3+ yrs ago i lost a total of around 15lbs. but that was for only 1 month. after that i discontinued the program but the good thing is i've learned to control what i'm eating na. the reason is di nako madala sa ako oras ug sa lawas (callboy pa ko sa sykes). ug daghan tao mag-apil2x ug kaon sa mga prutas. labi na akong mga manghod.

    grabeh ako experience ani that i really paid our helper/cook extra per day for the grocery and to prepare the food.hehe

    @phyler, Hahaha! Funny story. Funny term as well - 'callboy'! It really expensive to be or to stay healthy but it's worth it especially when you see the fruit of your hard work.
