    Interesting fact in China. There are now 64 million empty apartments and residential buildings across China because of skyrocketing prices of housing. Their economy maybe growing in a fast pace, but more and more average Chinese cannot afford houses for their family. There are discussions roaming around that this might be the next US like recession that could affect the whole world. I hope this will not affect our real estate market or the rising economy of PH.

    i believe bruhaha raman nang economic stand karon sa China. murag phenomenal kai open naman ron sa western economics ang China.

Ang tinood jud rason ngano gamay ra sweldo dire dili man tungod sa negosyante pero tungod na sa gobyerno kai di man maayo pagkadala ang ekonomiya nila.     our country, a very small one, is more like a big puzzle composed of 90 million pieces that's really hard to tell if we're able to pieced ourselves together in time to addressed external threats.

    while china is composed of a billion pieces, and i think they've got 90% of that puzzle figured out. how did they do that? answer to that question may give us a hint on how to solve our own puzzle. if we are indeed willing to sit and think on how to, rather than point fingers and waste taxpayers money on endless debates.
