    1g of carb = 4 cals
    1g of protein = 4 cals
    1g of fat = 9-10 cals

    bitaw morag lisod man kung taga-kaon nimo mag-huna2x pa ka pila ka calories.. maypa gagmayon nalang nako akong kaon bahalag way klaro.. hehe. mas maayo man daw kung sige kag kaon throughout the day pero ginagmay lang.. mao man daw na pag-padaot ni Christian Bale para sa iyang role sa The Machinist.. grabe kaayo siya ka-daot didto

    i don't think a person will reach ana ka daot with weight training...
    i don't think he reached that weight through weight training.. i think he eated less.. he could barely run during that stage.. he started at 184 lbs and ended up at 121...
