Quality of education not the length of education that matters.

K-12 system is hoped to increase the quality of education in the Philippines.

Sa atong college education, daghan kaayog minor course (REligious EDucation, Psychology, History, Basic English, Basic Filipino, PE, etc) except sa katong ng-take og course nga ni-specialize in one of that field like PE major students. This actually is a waste of time in college, because rather than focusing on major subjects para sa ilang course, ang number of units kay nakuhaan sa kana nga mga minor subjects.

Compare our educational system with that of Japan, or even MIT, or better, Harvard. 1st year palang gani, majors na dayon. Example, with 5-year Engineering course, each year is devoted to major subjects.

Finally, kasagaran sa atong mga schools/universities, private/public is not a good environment for learning because of lack of resources, noise pollution and other pollution.

This is just my opinion.

kung gusto nila ipa taas ang quality sa education
ila unta gi una ang quality sa mga teachers

Di man seguro problema sa number of years sa pag eskoyla. Bisan 5 yrs pa ang ipuno kay inig ka graduate sa course kay di magamit ang imong gi iskoylahan kay kulang sa opportunity.Sama sa mga nurses sa call center or MEPZA nalang nagtrabaho.
