Which are you using to connect to smart bro? If you are using your PC, then you need to add one more lan card to your PC. You will then enable internet connection sharing on the PC.

Smart Bro -> Lan Card 1 PC ---- Lan Card 2 PC -> Switch -> Laptop

Lan Card 1 will be used to connect to smart bro
Lan Card 2 will be used to access your Local Area Network.
Your laptop and pc should be on the same subnet (pareho ug ip block .. example 192.168.0.1 PC, 192.168.0.2 Laptop)
Use the IP of PC as your default gateway sa laptop.
