Some people discriminate us call center agents dumb. Being a call center representative for almost 3 years makes me realized that our job is not for no brainer job, but we need Logic and analogy to resolve each customers concern. Everyday is a new day, new adventure and new issues that needs to attend to and needs thinking to find the best resolution for every call. Lots of people discriminate our job it's because some of the company accepts high school graduates but you know, as long as they are earning in good ways.
