coffee is known to have caffeine which is a stimulant.. so there's no need sa caffeine if nagdagan naka kay running alone is a stimulant.. coffee also causes tremors.. so better try to practice running without taking coffee..
another, iced tea is a diuretic, so don't take diuretics esp modagan ka kay mag ihi ihi... another example of diuretics is alcohol..
actually dipende raman pod cguro na sa conditioning sa imu lawas. suway gani ko the day ni dagan ko pero it was just a road run nag inum mi pero pag ka buntag wala raman mu bug-at ako lawas. dipende ra gyud na sya. coffee pod is anti oxidant. good for the body...

ok raman ni syabasta di lang gyud nimu daghanon ok rana.
murag mas daghan man niingon nga ok ra magkape b4 running diri...ako unya ni suwayan b4 magjogging. never think of it.
