Saonz pud na ka question oi. There are only 2 giant choice for now for multipurpose cpu INTEL/AMD and its up to you of what choice depende pud na sa gilawmon sa pocket.

amd is good for your needs pero not the best maybe the best for a certain low budget. karon ang best kay intel man while ang amd kay nag sunod ra so good rasad sila.

AMD = best in video card

however bias ang Windows sa Intel coz Intel has shares from WHQL (Windows Hardware Quality Lab).

gituyo na ang AMD nga gi cut off nila almost 50 percent ang pricing just in order para daghan mo palit. The AMD ATHLON x2 5200+ cost about 3K while the Core 2 Duo E6320 cost about 8K. Guess what? AMD ATHLON X2 5200+ wins in the becnhmark results.
